Obese patient with slow GI bleed. CTA demonstrate large anterior abdominal wall hernia, compressing the adjacent veins and causing venous congestion. Raised Portal pressures on Transjugular assessment. Negative endo and colonoscopy. Request for emergent Angiogram, If negative to proceed with TIPS.
Post TIPS placement, GI bleed still continues.
