Case 76: Upper Gastrointestinal Bleed

A male patient in 70’s presents with hematochezia.

Hemodynamically stable, but slow drop in hemoglobin.

Investigations include routine lab works, followed by upper GI endoscopy which did not reveal any signs or recent stigmata of bleed.
